Second summer as a summer trainee at Euroclear Finland

“I’m thrilled to share my journey as a summer trainee in Product Management team. This is my second summer with the National Central Security Depository, Euroclear Finland, and it’s been an incredible experience so far.” 

First encounter with Euroclear 

“My first encounter with Euroclear was during a project course in the autumn of 2022. Along with three other students, I had the chance to design a preliminary pricing model for one of Euroclear’s new services. This project was a fantastic learning opportunity.”  

Currently, Viktor is a third-year student studying industrial engineering and management at Aalto University. His academic background has provided a good foundation for his role at Euroclear. 

Engaging work experience 

Viktor describes his work at Euroclear as nothing short of fascinating. “My tasks are varied and engaging, keeping me on my toes and constantly learning. The team here is incredibly supportive and full of hard-core professionals, making the work environment enjoyable and collaborative,” he explains. 

Being actively involved in the development of Euroclear’s service offering for almost two years has been particularly rewarding for Viktor. He is excited about the opportunities to grow and contribute to the company’s success. “The experiences and skills I have been gaining at Euroclear are invaluable,” he adds.
