Paul holds the position of Group Data Lead at ONE group solutions. He is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in cultivating and guiding high-performing teams across technology, data, and operations, with a strong emphasis on agile software development. He has been instrumental in shaping the data and technology strategies for various organizations, translating vision into actionable goals for his teams.

With over twenty years of experience in the financial services industry, Paul has worked across a spectrum of organizations, ranging from Third Party Management Companies to large Asset Servicers and startup ventures. Before joining ONE, he served as the Group Head of Data Strategy at Carne Group and has held significant senior roles within the funds industry. Previously, he held the position of Chief Data Officer at The Asset Management Exchange (Willis Towers Watson) and served as Vice President in the Technology group at BNY Mellon.

Paul resides in Cork, Ireland, where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
